Thomas E. Pomeranz, EdD

Dr. Pomeranz is a nationally recognized authority, trainer,
clinician and consultant in the developmental disabilities field. He has developed
Universal Enhancement, a training program that encourages inclusion and improvement
of quality of life.
Over the past 30 years, Dr. Pomeranz has conduced thousands of seminars and
programs throughout the U.S. and Canada. He is best known for his training
strategies known as “In Place Just-In-Time Training. This innovative
approach provides management and supervisory staff the skills to teach employees
on the job how to provide the most effective supports to the people they serve.
The program is nationally recognized as a valuable and effective way to provide
custom training to employees scattered in multiple locations over large geographic
areas.

through ANCOR’s State Association Associate member network and direct

Charles Harles, Esq.
President, Harles and Associates
Charlie Harles is a noted consultant to community rehabilitation
programs and organizations on a variety of labor and rehabilitation issues,
including federal wage-hour law. He is executive director of the Inter-National
Association of Business Industry and Rehabilitation, a trade association representing
placement and training program providers. Harles also serves as general counsel
for Goodwill Industries of America and as associate director of the National
Association of Rehabilitation Facilities.
