2010 Governmental Activities Seminar - Exhibitors

Dates and Times for Exhibits 

Sunday, September 12

12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Set up exhibits - Ballroom I & Hermitage, lower level

Exhibit area to open at 3:00 pm for a short time prior to general session. Evening Reception will be held in exhibit areas (6:30-7:30). Exhibitors are encouraged to staff their tables during reception to maximize their networking.

Monday, September 13

7:45 am – 5:00 pm

Exhibit area will open for ‘breakfast with exhibitors’ and remain open throughout the day.  Breaks are scheduled with refreshments in exhibit areas to maximize exposure.  Exhibits close for the day at 5:00 pm and breakdown will be done then.

Tuesday, September 14

There will be no exhibits (including no preferred partners) this day.
