Description

While you may have heard about ANCOR's Performance Excellence Initiative, you may not know what it means for you and your organization. In these informative sessions, you will learn the hows and whys of implementing Performance Excellence in your agency.

Each week in a month—beginning on February 2—will cover a different aspect of the PE experience, and each caller drives the conversation to assure that his or her agency’s needs regarding PE are met.

Here are the themes for each week:

  1. Week One: Why Use PE (February 2)
  2. Week Two: Establishing Profiles that Work for You (February 9)
  3. Week Three: Data Collection Forms and Submission (February 16)
  4. Week Four: Using PE Results Strategically (February 23)

Additionally, each session will have an open question and answer period to address provider-specific concerns through an open forum.
