These sessions are designed to answer any questions you have in implementing Performance Excellence into your agency. Each week has a primary theme; however, all questions are encouraged during all calls. Additionally, each call will have time for an open forum to address questions pertaining to PE. Each caller drives the conversation to assure that his/her agency’s needs regarding PE are met.

The weekly Wednesday session themes are as follows:

3. Session Three: Data Submission and Reporting Data (February 15)
