Whether by succession, fiscal necessity, or mutuality of purpose, your organization may face—or even choose—a planned merger or acquisition to maintain quality supports for persons served. In “When Everybody Wins: The Art of the Successful Nonprofit Merger,” Kathleen Stauffer and Laurie Herring will discuss their experiences first-hand in the mergers and acquisitions process, including the importance of due diligence and team-building to ensure a mutually beneficial experience for both parties.
