  • ANCOR members should request that their state establish a state recovery website to (1) solicit suggestions from the public and identify use of federal funding under the recovery plan 2) provide a transparent and accountable method of how the funds are being spent similar to the federal www.recovery.gov site and separate federal agency recovery sites.
