CMS Releases State Medicaid Directors Letter on Olmstead Obligations

CMS released last week a State Medicaid Directors Letter entitled "Re: Community Living Initiative" that reminded states of their obligations to implement the Olmstead decision, reported on recent progress made as a part of the Community Living Initiative and highlighted resources and guidance to help states in their compliance efforts.
