With many states set to begin their fiscal year on July 1st, new rounds of budget cuts place state economic recovery at risk. The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities issued a new report that provides state updates on budget cuts, increases in taxes, and effects of Congressional failure to extend additional federal assistance (FMAP).
