ANCOR Supports Stop Taxing Death and Disability Act

On February 15, ANCOR joined dozens of other national disability and aging organizations to sign on to a letter in support of the Stop Taxing Death and Disability Act (S. 405). The bill was introduced by Senator Christopher Coons (D-DE). The bill would prevent student loan debt that is forgiven due to death or disability from being taxed as ordinary income.
