Congress to Hold Hearing on Role of Small Businesses in Hiring People with Disabilities on May 9

The U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee will hold a hearing titled “Ready, Willing and Able to Work: How Small Businesses Empower People with Developmental Disabilities” on May 9, 2018 at 11am ET. According to the hearing notice, “The purpose of the hearing is to examine the role small businesses have played in employing individuals with differing abilities and the lessons that have been learned.”
