HHS Continues Hurricane Harvey Support in TX and LA

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Tom Price has announced that Hurricane Harvey is a health emergency. HHS is coordinating rescue and recovery work across Federal cabinet agencies and state officials. One resource is the Disaster Distress helpline, a toll-free call center assisting people with the behavioral health effects of the storm and connected people in impacted areas connect with local behavioral health professionals.
