Starting this week, we will be sharing biweekly updates on which states have requested good faith delays on electronic visit verification (EVV) implementation from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The implementation of EVV is scheduled to begin in a bit over three months, on January 2020, unless a state has had their request for a good faith delay approved.
