By registering for the 2021 ANCOR Annual Conference, you acknowledge that you have read and will adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
ANCOR is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment in which all 2021 ANCOR Annual Conference participants can learn from and network with one another. All participants—including but not limited to attendees, speakers, exhibitors, partners, sponsors and staff—are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct.
ANCOR will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment, by ANCOR Annual Conference participants. If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, ANCOR asks that you immediately send an email describing the incident of unacceptable behavior to [email protected].
ANCOR defines unacceptable behavior as harassment, intimidation, threatening or stalking of, or discrimination in any form against, any ANCOR Annual Conference participant. ANCOR further defines verbal abuse as unacceptable behavior. Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, national origin or religion. Furthermore, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images on event platforms or during presentations is expressly prohibited.
In addition to refraining from the unacceptable behaviors outlined above, participants are also asked to refrain from the following behaviors related to ANCOR Annual Conference sessions and interactive features:
ANCOR reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the ANCOR Annual Conference without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, as well as the right to prohibit attendance at any future Conference, meeting or other event, regardless of format.
