2024 Leadership Development Committee Election

This year, full ANCOR members will be asked to elect one member of the Leadership Development Committee to serve a two-year term starting October 1, 2024.

Incumbent member Lynne Megan (TSE, Inc., Roseville, MN) has expressed her intent to run for re-election. Ms. Megan is eligible to serve a second term, and her candidacy is endorsed by ANCOR’s Leadership Development Committee.

Although the Leadership Development Committee endorses Ms. Megan’s nomination, interested and eligible individuals are welcome to nominate themselves or others.

Call for Nominations

The Leadership Development Committee is responsible for recruiting and developing leadership for ANCOR and conducting elections. The Committee consists of nine individuals, including two elected by the general membership. Meetings are primarily held via Zoom at various times throughout the year, with an in-person meeting in conjunction with ANCOR Connect, typically held in April. Terms last for two years and begin October 1.

The deadline to submit your nomination is July 2, 2024, by 11:59 pm PDT. Electronic election by full members will be held August 5-23, 2024.

  • June 18, 2024: Call for Nominations Opens
  • July 2, 2024: Call for Nominations Closes
  • August 2, 2024: Meet the Candidate(s) Forum for Full Members (virtual meeting)
  • August 5, 2024: Electronic Voting Begins
  • August 23, 2024: Electronic Voting Ends
  • Week of August 26, 2024: New Committee Member Announced to Full Membership
  • October 1, 2024: Term Begins

If you are interested in nominating yourself or another eligible member for election to this position, please email a letter of nomination on your organization’s letterhead that includes:

  • A brief history of your membership with ANCOR, noting service on any ANCOR committee(s), task force(s), board(s) or any other service to ANCOR.
  • Why you are interested in serving on the Committee.
