DOL Takes Next Steps in Expanding Apprenticeship Programs

The Department of Labor (DOL) has proposed a rule which will advance the President’s executive order to expand apprenticeships and create a system for industry-recognized programs. DOL will release the rule, titled “Apprenticeship Programs, Labor Standards for Registration, Amendment of Regulations” in May 2018. ANCOR will keep members apprised of further updates on this rule.
