EVV Good Faith Exemption Update: Your State’s Status

Continuing our bi-weekly update on which states have submitted for and received a good faith delay on electronic visit verification (EVV) implementation, we find that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have approved 11 requests, while 6 remain pending.

Rhode Island

Texas

West Virginia

Wisconsin
