Position Summary
Trivium Life Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Direct Support Specialists in our new Intensive Residential Support Housing (IRSH) program in Council Bluffs. In this vital role, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with severe and persistent psychiatric and behavioral health challenges, helping them develop coping skills, achieve personal goals, and thrive in their home and community.
This is a swing-shift position (3pm–11pm) that offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference every day in the lives of others. This is a swing shift position (3pm-11pm), which includes 4 weekend shifts per month, which can be scheduled as rotating weekends, one per week, or two double shifts—based on your preference.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance company
- 1 year of employment experience in criminal justice, as a psychiatric technician, behavioral health specialist/technician, psychiatric aide, or mental health specialist
