Position Summary
Growing IDD provider agency (PASA) serving metro Denver and foothills area is seeking an experienced, executive level Director of Residential Services. This is a key management position responsible for the Host Home, Family Caregiver and Independent Living Support programs ensuring that they meet, or exceed performance standards for customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and contribution to Company goals. Involves participation as an Admin team member.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience with IDD Residential Program culminating with Director or Assistant Director role.
• Experience leading a team of professional administrative staff and direct care providers.
• Knowledge of reporting and compliance requirements and ability to provide work product.
• Extensive experience with State oversight, compliance requirements and Plans of Correction as well as with case management agencies.
• Positive, collaborative communication style with a passion to enhance the life experience clients, providers, employees and community members.
• Ability to negotiate and solve problems.
• Commitment to personal responsibility, honesty and integrity in words and actions.
• Connections in the IDD community that would help the Company flourish.
• Degree in related field strongly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide oversight and direction for residential program that enhances the life experiences of the residents and their providers and sets it apart as a program of first choice, while ensuring absolute compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Inspire, motivate and empower the members of the Residential team.
• Provide hands on work product which could include CMS revalidations, HRC submissions, HSA and SRC reports, home visits, contracts and or other required residential deliverables.
• Be a visible member in the community and contribute to Business Development efforts to create additional residential opportunities.
• Participate on the Company management team.
• Opportunity for revenue or profit sharing for expanded business.
