Position Summary
Our HRBP Director is responsible for providing leadership to the Senior Operations Leadership team and will provide supervision of the HR Business Partner team. This position will work collaboratively and consultatively with operational leaders. The HRBP Director partners with other HR Centers of Excellence including, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Services. This position understands the industry and Dungarvin business to help shape HR initiatives.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
8+ years of broad-based exempt-level human resources experience. Experience in employee relations, recruiting, worker’s compensation claims management, training, etc.
Experienced in strategic HR conversations, project management, change management, and data analytics.
2-3+ years of management experience specifically with performance management, coaching, and developing others specific to HR
The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Must have strong computer skills and the ability to work in multiple systems, including but not limited to an HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
Must be knowledgeable in federal and state employment law.
NICE TO HAVE:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Preference in the human services or healthcare field

Oversee the implementation of effective employee recruitment and retention strategies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
