Credentialed by The Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices
2+ years training PCT curriculum
Computer proficiency esp. in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
Ability to travel (most trainings are virtual but there is some occasional travel)
Can quickly grasp the use of unfamiliar apps and other software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as many clients are state government executives. e.g., good grammar, good spelling, good written manners
Experience with Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
The trainer will be expected to not only deliver the curriculum but support participants to those ends.
IntellectAbility offers a support line for all participants in their practice of Person-Centered Thinking Skills after training for up to one year. The trainer will be required to answer tickets and provide support.
Work schedule will be full-time M-F. Hours will be based on accepted 2 or 3-day trainings plus corresponding pre/post-prep time.
