Qualifications
- Credentialed by The Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices
- 2+ years training PCT curriculum
- Computer proficiency esp. in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
- Ability to travel (most trainings are virtual but there is some occasional travel)
- Can quickly grasp the use of unfamiliar apps and other software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as many clients are state government executives. e.g., good grammar, good spelling, good written manners
- Experience with Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
The trainer will be expected to not only deliver the curriculum but support participants to those ends.
IntellectAbility offers a support line for all participants in their practice of Person-Centered Thinking Skills after training for up to one year. The trainer will be required to answer tickets and provide support.
Work schedule will be full-time M-F. Hours will be based on accepted 2 or 3-day trainings plus corresponding pre/post-prep time.
