Across the Board: ANCOR Board of Directors: Thanking Outgoing Leaders for Their Service & Welcoming New Leaders

ANCOR recently held its annual elections, which means that it’s time to say goodbye to the following Board members and thank them for their invaluable support and commitment over the years. We can’t say thank you enough to the following outstanding leaders.
Robert (Bob) Baker, Keystone Human Services, Pennsylvania
Bob served as Vice President for two terms. Prior to that, he served two terms as Secretary/Treasurer and before that served as a Director.
Angela King, Volunteers of America of Texas
Following two terms as Vice President and two terms as President, Angela most recently served as Past President for two terms. She also served as a Director for multiple terms.
Stan Soby, Oak Hill, Connecticut
Stan served as a Director for multiple three-year terms.
The completion of these leaders’ terms of service means we also have the opportunity to welcome new leadership to the association’s Board of Directors. We look forward to welcoming the following individuals who have been appointed or elected to the Board of Directors, with terms of service effective October 1, 2020.
Jon Fisher, The MENTOR Network, Massachusetts
Jon was elected by ANCOR’s membership to serve a three-year term. Jon has served on the Board since earlier this year, when he was appointed to serve out the remainder of a term that had been vacated.
Charles Hooker, Keystone Human Services, Pennsylvania
Charles was elected by ANCOR’s membership to serve a three-year term.
Kelly Jepson, BrightSpring Health Services, Kentucky
Kelly was elected by ANCOR’s membership to serve a three-year term. Kelly has served on the Board since earlier this year, when she was appointed to serve out the remainder of a term that had been vacated.
Chris Stevenson, Cedar Lake, Kentucky
Chris, who also serves as the President of the ANCOR Foundation Board of Directors, was appointed to serve on the ANCOR Board of Directors as the liaison between the two Boards.
Zach Wray, Sunrise Community, Florida
Zach was elected by ANCOR’s membership to serve a three-year term.
In addition to welcoming these outstanding professionals, the ANCOR Board of Directors also elected the following officers for one-year terms:
Robert Budd, Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, New York
Robert steps aside as President and becomes Past President. In this role, Robert will continue to serve as a full member of the Board.
Heidi Mansir, Uplift, Inc., Maine
Heidi previously served as Secretary/Treasurer for two terms, and served as a Director prior to that.
Diane Beastrom, Koinonia, Ohio
Diane was elected Vice President. Diane previously served multiple terms as a Director.
Jennifer Saunders, Liberty ARC, New York
Jennifer was elected Secretary/Treasurer. She previously served as a Director.
Finally, Josh Evans, IARF, Illinois, was elected by the State Association Executives (SAE) Forum to serve for a three-year term as their liaison to the Board of Directors. Josh has been serving as SAE liaison since 2019, when he was elected by the SAE Forum to serve the remainder of a term that had been vacated.
