In case you missed our webinar announcement last week, we are re-sharing it below so you can prepare to comply with the new DOL Overtime Rule by January 1, 2020.

On September 24, 2019, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) announced a final rule to make 1.3 million American workers newly eligible for overtime pay.  The DOL overtime rule has been a key issue for ANCOR – one in which we focused our 2016 Save Our Services campaign and have been closely monitoring throughout 2017 and 2018.  With this final rule, ANCOR is bringing back Tammy McCutchen, a leading authority on federal and state wage and hour laws who led previous discussions on the proposed OT rule at ANCOR’s 2015 Leadership Summit.  In this webinar, she will address the Final Overtime Rule, its requirements, and steps providers can take to ensure compliance by January 1, 2020.

A recording will be made available for registrants.
