Neurodiversity is the understanding that not all of our brains develop or function in the same way—and that that’s actually a good thing! Honoring and respecting neurodiversity in the workplace is crucial to fostering positive workplace cultures.

Our session will highlight the principles of neuroinclusion, diverse mind board governance, and the development of neurotypical business community allies. These concepts will be incorporated into the presentation, along with tips on how you can replicate these successes in your own community and workplace.
