Director of Services

Position Summary

A qualified individual responsible for the quality provision and management of Opportunity Resources, Inc. (ORI) ReFramed Services to persons with disabilities. ORI is looking for a Director of Services to manage, guide, and elevate our ReFramed Services for individuals with disabilities.

• Must have bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of five years’ supervisory experience.
• Experience with Behavioral Therapeutic Programs
• BCBA Certification Preferred
• $75,000.00- $85,000.00 Annual Salary DOE

Qualifications

Must have bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of five years’ supervisory experience. Experience with Behavioral Therapeutic Programs and BCBA Certification Preferred. Experience working with Individuals with disabilities. No history of neglect, abuse or exploitation.
