“AAPD is excited to announce that we have officially opened the applications for our 2020 Summer Internship Program! Through our Summer Internship Program, AAPD places college students, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities in internship with Congressional offices, federal agencies, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies in the Washington, DC area. Each intern is matched with a mentor who will assist them with their career goals. AND AAPD provides the interns with a living stipend, transportation to and from Washington, DC, and fully-accessible housing.
