Senate Announces 2019 Calendar

As reported by Politico:

“SENATE RELEASES 2019 SCHEDULE — The Senate’s 2019 calendar is largely in line with the schedule House Democrats have released. “After returning for a day to convene on Thursday, Jan. 3, the Senate will be back to work on Tuesday, Jan. 8, taking recess weeks that generally coincide with holidays, including two weeks around Easter Sunday,” Roll Call’s Niels Lesniewski writes. “The longest times in session will be a series of four-week runs.” More: http://bit.ly/2BmKt6j “
