New Resource: Understanding How to Use Medicaid to Respond to COVID-19

In this publication meant to help advocates better understand and shape state Medicaid responses to the COVID-19 pandemic, the National Health Law Program (NHELP) outlines which major paths exist for states to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic using Medicaid.
