On September 21, 2026 ANCOR submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on its proposed rule to implement certain provisions of the 2025 budget reconciliation law (H.R. 1) pertaining to health care-related taxes (also referred to as provider taxes).
