ANCOR Joins Coalition Letter to Senate to Support Expanded Access to Medicaid Buy-In Programs

ANCOR helped lead a coalition letter from the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities to the Senate Finance Committee in support of the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Buy-In Programs Act. This letter was signed by 35 national organizations and asked the committee to support S. 5070, a bill that would make improvements to the Medicaid Buy-In program by removing the age limit and allowing people with disabilities to continue working beyond age 64 and retain eligibility. This important bipartisan legislation would ensure workers with disabilities can maintain their employment without jeopardizing access to critical Medicaid services.
