Shayne Roos of ACHIEVE, an ANCOR member, will be testifying in front of the House Education and Labor Committee in a hearing titled “Eliminating Barriers to Employment: Opening Doors to Opportunity.” While the hearing will cover several employment bills, Mr. Roos will be testifying on the Transition to Competitive Employment Act. Specifically, he will discuss his agency’s experience with implementing services, focused on employment and best outcomes, for over 500 individuals.
