This is the second Learning Collaborative supported by the HCBS Business Acumen project. This Learning Collaborative will include 3 to 4 state teams working together to thoroughly evaluate and analyze the current environment in their state, identify opportunities for partnership with integrated care entities, and develop a strategic plan focused on pursuing those opportunities.
