CMS Home- and Community-Based Settings Rule: Nebraska State Transition Plan Now Available

The State of Nebraska recently released its Statewide Transition Plan for the Home- and Community-Based Settings rule. The plan has received initial approval and is now available for public comment. Idaho has also issued a notice of public comment for its plan.
