The groups, which include the National Association of ACOs, Premier, and the Health Care Transformation Task Force, suggest a model like the Medicare Advantage Rate Notice and call letter, which lets stakeholders give feedback, but isn’t as formal as a notice and comment rulemaking process. While they are committed to shouldering higher levels of financial risk, that requires a ‘steady and predictable payment environment,’ the groups wrote in a letter Tuesday to CMS Administrator Seema Verma and CMMI Director Adam Boehler.”
