The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an Informational Bulletin outlining implementation expectations for the Medicaid work and community engagement mandate enacted in this year’s budget reconciliation law referred to by CMS as the “Working Families Tax Cut” (WFTC) legislation.
