CMS Webinar on HCBS Services and Delivery Methods After the Public Health Emergency

On May 11 from 1:30–3 pm EDT, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will host a webinar called After the Public Health Emergency: Changes to Home and Community-Based Services and Delivery Methods. To register for the webinar, visit the registration page.

The webinar will cover:

• A discussion of changes certain states anticipate making to 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs as a result of changes made through the 1915(c) Waiver Appendix K Amendment process during the Public Health Emergency (PHE).
• Experiences of certain states and changes planned as a result of broader stakeholder input.
• Examples from two states about their experiences and plans for changes and initiatives.
• How states can use the information presented during the webinar to consider changes to make after the termination of the PHE.
