Congress Introduces Legislation to Amend WIOA Definition of “Competitive Integrated Employment”

On April 27, 2018, U.S. Representative Glenn Grothman (R-WI) introduced the Workplace Choice and Flexibility for Individuals with Disabilities Act (HR 5658). The bill seeks to change the definition of the term “Competitive Integrated Employment” as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). ANCOR’s Government Relations Advisory Committee will be discussing the bill at its upcoming meeting.
