Congress Will Hold SNAP Benefits Hearing May 9

On May 9, 2018 at 10am the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will hold a hearing titled “Program Integrity for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program [SNAP]”.  While we do not have any additional information at this time, witness lists, testimony and video (if any) will likely be available on the hearing page here.

ANCOR has been monitoring discussion and proposals surrounding SNAP benefits given the importance of this program to the people our members support and the Direct Support Professional workforce.
