“Sens. Cory Booker, Bob Menendez and Maizie Hirono on Monday called on CMS to revise a proposed rule that would affect how home health care workers obtain benefits.

‘We are concerned that the Administration’s proposed rule may make it more difficult for independent home care workers to join together in unions and improve their jobs,’ the senators wrote in a letter that was joined by four other Democratic senators and about three dozen Democratic House representatives.” The letter is available online, and you can learn more about the proposed rule here.
