The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) overtime rule has been a key issue for ANCOR – one which we centered our Save Our Services campaign on in 2016 and have been tracking throughout 2017 and 2018. Most recently, when DOL issued a Request for Information (RFI) on the overtime rule, ANCOR submitted comments. DOL has just announced that it will be holding listening sessions on this issue – please see below for the announcement and schedule.
“The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has announced that in the upcoming weeks, it will hold public listening sessions to gather views on the Part 541 white collar exemption regulations, often referred to as the “Overtime Rule.”
