DOL Withdraws Rule to Phase Out Subminimum Wage Certificates

On July 7, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) withdrew its December 2024 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would have gradually ended the issuance of Section 14(c) certificates.
