Join Us for a Day of Action on HCBS Funding During the Pandemic

Please join us for a day of action tomorrow, February 17 to tell Congress not to overlook the disability community as it prepares another round of COVID-19 emergency funding. ANCOR will be joining a coalition of national disability organizations to demand a temporary increase in funding for the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) during the pandemic. A provision that would grant this increase is in the House COVID-19 relief package, but not in the Senate package. Learn more about the proposed increase in this brief.

With the House scheduled to vote on its reconciliation bill on Wednesday, we want the disability community to be heard loud and clear that the HCBS program is essential. We will be reaching out to the House and Senate alike.
