Legislation Clarifying “Joint Employer” Passes Out of Committee in House

The Committee on Education and the Workforce, chaired by Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), today approved the Save Local Business Act (H.R. 3441). The bill clarifies what constitutes a “joint employer” to provide certainty and stability for workers and job creators.
