MACPAC Holds January Meeting

MACPAC, the official legislative agency that reports to Congress and the federal agencies on Medicaid issues, held a two-day meeting from January 25 to 26 to discuss issues of concern to the program. Topics covered included: 42 CFR Part 2, the IMD exclusion, MLTSS and Medicaid managed care authorities, the Money Follows the Person program, and Medicaid hospital payments.
