Mark Your Advocacy Calendars: 2019 House Session Dates Available

The office of the House Majority Leader, who will be U.S. Representative Steny Hoyer (D-MD) in 2019, released the official 2019 House calendar. The Senate has not yet released its calendar.

We encourage our members to take note of when their members of Congress are expected to be in Washington, DC, and when they will be back in their districts in 2019. This will be helpful in helping you schedule meetings, site visits and other such bridge-building activities. ANCOR will also let you know of upcoming opportunities for advocacy as they shape up in 2019.

Please note that while the first six months of the calendar are usually accurate in terms of sessions, the closer we will get to the end of 2019 the more the calendar will be subject to change to reflect on-going legislative priorities and needs. ANCOR will keep members informed of these changes.
