Resource: Tracking Federal and State Actions on Telehealth During the Pandemic

This resource from the Center for Connected Health Policy tracking state actions on telehealth could be helpful to state associations in our membership because telehealth has been an important component of maintaining the well-being of people with disabilities during the pandemic. The webpage shows “a list of state actions taken by each state’s Office of the Governor, Medicaid Program, Medical Board and/or Department of Insurance, and their current status.” The Center also created this video to explain federal and state policy changes since the pandemic, funded by the Federal Office of Rural Health, to be informative.

For our members seeking a more Medicaid-specific read, we also recommend this October 9 Congressional Research Service report on Medicaid telehealth policies.
