On December 10, 2025, the Senate voted 50–49 to adopt a motion to proceed to S.J.Res. 82, a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution offered by Senator Angus King (I-ME) to disapprove of an HHS policy statement titled “Policy on Adhering to the Text of the Administrative Procedure Act.”
