Take Action! On May 21, Let DOL Know Your Thoughts on Proposed Overtime Rule with ANCOR’s Template

In response to the Department of Labor’s (DOL) proposed changes to the Overtime Rule, ANCOR will be amplifying the voice of providers of disability supports with an electronic tool to submit pre-drafted comments. The pre-drafted comments will echo the official comments ANCOR will submit, emphasizing the need for DOL to collaborate with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), given that most disability supports are funded through fixed, non-negotiable Medicaid rates that create unique challenges for providers of these supports. Advocates will be able to edit the comment text if they so choose. Our tool will make sure your comment goes exactly where it needs to, given how federal comment pages are not always intuitive to use.
