Position Summary
  Community Access Unlimited is currently seeking a qualified individual to provide administrative oversight for our Residential Programs for individuals with developmental disabilities including staff supervision and development, quality assurance functions and program administration. This position requires on-call responsibilities, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Roles & Responsibilities
  -Responsible for effectively utilizing staff resources including actively participating in the recruitment and employee relations process, implementing retention strategies, ensuring the effective utilization of staffing resources, and effectively delegating responsibilities.

-Responsible for ensuring effective staff training.

-Responsible for the monitoring of program budgets to include monitoring expenses, submitting spending plans and budget analysis, and ensuring compliance with agency fiscal policies.

-Responsible for program development including developing, implementing, and achieving program goals and objectives.

-Responsible for the oversight of the health and safety of members including conducting program inspections and reviewing records.

-Responsible for the oversight of member finances including accurate record keeping and ensuring the appropriate use and maintenance of entitlements.

-Responsible for adhering to and preparing for licensing program audits.

-Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred

-Knowledge of DDD regulations

-At least five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and supervising and managing staff

-Valid driver’s license and car to use for work purposes

-Strong leadership skills

-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

-Willing and able to be on-call, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

-Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Qualifications
  The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) at least 5 years of administrative/supervisory experience working with people with developmental disabilities. He or she must have a valid driver’s license, knowledge of DDD regulations, and strong leadership skills. EOE.
