Position Summary
Trivium Life Services is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial and accounting functions. The CFO will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliation, and payroll while serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is crucial for aligning financial strategies with our organizational goals.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, we seek individuals who are dedicated, mission-minded, and passionate about making a difference.
Required:
o Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
o At least ten years of progressive experience in professional accounting, with a focus on strategic thinking and execution.
o Comprehensive understanding of banking processes, financial data analysis, and compliance within a complex not-for-profit healthcare setting.
o Experience with process and software transformation projects.
Preferred:
o Master’s degree in business (MBA), accounting, or finance.
o Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
o Proven skills in communication, financial planning, billing, accounting technology, and data governance within the healthcare sector.

• Strategist: Align financial goals with organizational strategies, support merger and acquisition evaluations, and provide financial forecasting for sound decision-making.
• Catalyst: Monitor performance against key financial benchmarks and provide actionable insights to ensure alignment with our mission and strategic objectives.
• Team Development: Foster innovation and productivity within the finance and accounting team through training, staff development, and strategic recruitment.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior leadership, ensure timely reporting, and address audit issues promptly.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Lead the annual budget process, collaborating with various departments to produce accurate and timely budgets.
• Technologist: Optimize financial workflows, drive process improvement, and foster a tech-forward culture within the team.
