Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the HR team and contribute to the mission. If you’re passionate about making a difference and have a strong background in human resources, we want to hear from you!
As the Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies that align with our client’s mission, values, and code of ethics. You will oversee all HR activities, including employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and employee services. You’ll work closely with the CEO and supervise a dedicated team, ensuring that our HR practices support our client’s commitment to quality programs and services.

Qualifications
Experience in Human resources, Certification and a Bachelors degree is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Integrity: Uphold and promote our values and code of ethics in all HR activities.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the HR team, including the Recruitment Coordinator, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant.
Recruitment and Retention: Provide leadership in recruiting and retaining competent employees who are aligned with our mission.
Financial Management: Plan, develop, and control the HR budget, ensuring financial solvency and effective resource allocation.
Safety and Compliance: Develop and monitor policies for a safe and healthy work environment, including our Drug and Alcohol Policy and safety initiatives.
Performance Improvement: Participate in strategic planning and performance improvement activities, ensuring ongoing development and growth.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with external organizations and represent Our Client in the community.
